As part of the Atlantic Philanthropies-funded "Enhancing the Rights of the Disadvantaged Older People in Vietnam" implemented by the Vietnam Women's Union, ISMS and lIndochina Research and Consulting (IRC) jointly conducted a nationally representative aging survey in Vietnam. The purpose was to investigate the health and social status of the elderly population in Vietnam. Participants included 4,000 adults aged 50 years and older in 12 Vietnam provinces.
