To explore the demands and desires for occupational change and career development among sex workers in Vietnam, ISMS conducted a needs assessment for SANL's "MOVE Forward Project." The evaluation examined the barriers, challenges and successes of current vocational programs for sex workers in Vietnam. In-depth interviews and focus group discussions were held with 58 sex workers as well as a number of representatives from industries and from programs targeting sex workers were also interviewed to gain insight into these issues.
